DO NOT DOWNLOAD App cant download tiles

After a frustrating evening of trying to figure out why I cant download the maps for offline, use, I came across this warning on the OpenStreetMap site:
"This tool results in heavy traffic for the OSM tile servers and is likely to be blocked."

And thats exactly what it is. You get map tiles that say ACCESS BLOCKED" Which is the opposite of a useful offline street map.

Until the developers fix this problem by service tiles legitimately, instead of in violation of the OpenStreetMap policies, this app is useless.

Do not buy.
